Changes to the Furst Property Management Team!
We are pleased to announce several changes to the Furst Properties management team. While the faces are still the same, the roles are different.
Tammy Gibbons – Vice President of Property Management/Designated Broker
This is a long overdue, but so deserving announcement that Tammy has been promoted to Vice President of Property Management and Designated Broker. Tammy has been with Furst Properties for over 16 years. During this time she has worn many hats, from Day Porter to Executive Assistant to Senior Property Manager. As the Vice President of Property Management she will now be responsible for all lease and leasing related business as well as Furst Properties Corporate business. Kelly Cavner – Senior Property Manager/Associate Broker
Kelly joined the Furst Properties team in 2013 as a Property Manager responsible for 6909/6929 E. Greenway Road, Pinnacle II and The Pinnacle at Perimeter office buildings. She will now be the Property Manager of Pinnacle I, III and IV. All daily operational issues should be communicated through Kelly either by calling the management office or emailing her at kcavner@furstproperties.com.
Crystal Blackwell – Property Manager
You have known and loved her as the Receptionist and Executive Assistant for 14 years. Now you will grow to love her even more as Property Manager. Effective immediately, Crystal will be the Property Manager for 6909/6929 E. Greenway Road, Pinnacle II and The Pinnacle in Perimeter office buildings. All operational issues should be communicate for these buildings through Crystal either by calling the office or emailing her at cblackwell@furstproperties.com.
