Ms. Kruegel joined Furst Properties in February 2020, with 13 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate Management beginning with CBRE in Milwaukee, WI.  Christy moved to the Valley in 2010 when CBRE promoted her through a job transfer request to Arizona.  She has a strong background managing Class A office buildings, medical, retail and light industrial commercial buildings.  She currently manages Pinnacle I and Pinnacle II.
